Though she was sentenced on July 6, Lindsay Lohan was given until Tuesday, July 20 to report to jail to begin serving her time. According to her lawyer (attorney Robert Shapiro, who made a name for himself defending O.J. Simpson a decade-and-a-half ago), Lohan will be reporting to a facility in Los Angeles as scheduled. In the two weeks since she has been sentenced, Lohan appears to have spent most of her time at a sober house in West Hollywood, which is a particularly shrewd move on the part of the troubled actress and singer. Rather than trying to cram in all the partying she would have been missing over the next three months, she began work on getting better. This morning (July 19), she was visited by her mother Dina at the facility.
