Taylor Lautner Will Compete in Celebrity Super Bowl Feb. 6

Are you ready to watch avid football fan Taylor Lautner throw around some pigskin Feb 6? If so, book your flights to Miami now, because DirectTV has confirmed to HollywoodLife.com that Twilight’s gorgeous wereboy is leading a pack of Hollywood’s most gorgeous men in a game of flag football in Miami Feb. 6.

The other beautiful boys competing (hopefully alongside and not against Taylor – his muscles are things to be both envied and feared!) are Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, Entourage’s Kevin Dillon and Christian Slater, as well as a handful of pro NFL players.

But playing with the greats isn’t Taylor’s only reason for wanting to hit the Bowl. HollywoodLife.com overheard Wolf Boy predicting to Glee star Matthew Morrison at Summit’s Golden Globes party Jan. 17 that he’s confident whichever team brings home the NFC championship this weekend will be the ones to walk away with the Super Bowl ring.

As much as we want to trust your opinion Taylor, how about we make this more interesting? Shall we wager a little bet?

Are you so famous now that you don’t even have to feed yourself, Taylor?

Taylor Lautner wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth (we think), but since beefing up and becoming the highest-paid young actor in Tinseltown, the 17-year-old star is certainly reveling in some serious Royal treatment.

Twilight’s teen werewolf didn’t even have to FEED himself at the Weinstein Company’s post-Golden Globe party Jan. 17, sponsored by Martini & Rossi, where we spied the muscled boy-man getting finger (and spoon) fed by a pretty dark-haired brunette. And no, before you ask, it was NOT his ex-girlfriend Sara Hicks.

Taylor had his own table at Bar 210 inside the Beverly Hills Hotel, where his hot bod was presided over by a bodyguard, several handlers and a handful of male pals. We’re pretty impressed by the maturity of Tay-Tay’s posse too – when the female in question started popping appetizers in his mouth, the guys didn’t make fun of him.

No wonder the actor – who split with country cutie Taylor Swift back in December – seemed so happy at the bash: he could have his cake, eat it – AND have someone else serve it too!

Taylor Swift And Taylor Lautner Will Both Attend Wednesday's People's Choice Awards

Just as the world is mourning the end of the greatest teen romance of 2009 (if you're a Team Jacob fan, that is), it was announced that Taylor Swift will attend Wednesday's People's Choice Awards — as in the same ceremony that her former beau, Taylor Lautner already RSVP'ed to as well. Does anyone else sense an awkward run-in in the works?

Swift is up for three awards — Pop Artist, Country Artist and Female Artist — while Lautner is nominated for Favorite Breakout Movie Actor and Favorite Movie and On-Screen Team along with his "New Moon" costars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. (Kristen and Rob are also nominated in the Favorite Movie Actress and Actor categories, but there has been no confirmation yet as to whether they will attend the show.)

Kellan Lutz, Ryan Reynolds and Carrie Underwood are also set to appear. The show's host Queen Latifah will be performing, as well as Mary J. Blige and Cobra Starship with Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

As much as we're excited to see what the heck Cobra Starship and Nicole have planned (PS where's Leighton Meester?), we're really excited to see what will happen when the Taylors are in the same place now that they've called their romantic relationship off. It should at least be an interesting precursor to what may happen as the two embark on the publicity tour for "Valentine's Day."

Unable to take their relationship long-term, Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have decided to pull the plug on their romance after three months of being an item.

Of the split, an insider tells Us magazine, “It wasn’t really developing into anything, and wasn’t going to, so they decided they were better as friends. There was no chemistry, and it felt contrived.”


Apparently, the two Taylors relationship went downhill after Mr Lautner paid Miss Swift a birthday visit in Nashville earlier this month.

“He liked her more than she liked him,” the source tells Us. “He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn’t travel much to see him.”

Meanwhile, the “Valentine’s Day” co-stars have seemingly found a way to amicably part ways, as the insider tells, “They plan to stay friends.”
