Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr Land in NYC

Getting some rare time together, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr were spotted arriving at JFK International Airport in New York City today (March 30).

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” stud and his Victoria’s Secret vixen made separate exits from the terminal to avoid being photographed together, though it looked like they were chatting with each other on the phone the whole time.

In related news, Miranda recently revealed that while she tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, she still indulges a bit from time to time.

“I studied nutrition and really believe in healthy eating and wellbeing but I do have my moments. My grandmother cooks a delicious meat pie which I love or I have fried chicken sometimes. If you eat healthily all the time you don’t have the energy to perform, so pie and chicken are great for me.”

While Johnny Depp has already signed on for the fourth installment of Pirates of The Caribbean, the younger swashbuckler in the film has confirmed that he is officially bowing out.

"No, definitely not," Orlando Bloom said when asked if we was going to reprise his role as the dashing Will Turner.

"I think Will is sort of swimming around with the fish at the bottom of the ocean."

Despite his absence from Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Bloom has only positive things to say about the Disney franchise.

"I had a great time making those movies," he said. "I just really wanted to do different things, but I think it's going to be great. Whatever Johnny does, I think it's fantastic."

He is excited about the production’s newest member, Chicago and Nine director Rob Marshall.

"I think he's an amazing director," Bloom said of Marshall. "I think it will be a very interesting fit, because Johnny is musical anyway and I'm sure that something really beautiful will come out of it."

Keira Knightley has also jumped ship and will not return for the fourth movie.

Orlando Bloom Wants to Reprise Legolas in 'The Hobbit'

Though the character has no role in the upcoming movie, the actor has contacted Peter Jackson, telling him that he would be honored if he is asked to return as the Elf archer in 'The Hobbit'

While filmmakers have been busy looking for actors of "The Hobbit", they will not have to hold an audition if they plan to feature Legolas in the upcoming adventure movie. Orlando Bloom, who has played the character in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, has said that he would love to reprise the Elf archer if Peter Jackson wanted him for his new film.

Being interviewed by MTV at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, the English actor revealed that he has approached producer Peter Jackson about possibly returning for "The Hobbit". "I shot an e-mail to Pete and I said, 'You know, if you want me to don the blonde wig and pointy ears again, I'd be honored to do it'," Orlando admitted. "He said, 'Well, we'll see.' They're very, very hush-hush."

Orlando has a small chance to reprise Legolas in "The Hobbit" because the character has no role in the original story. Though so, he has shown his sincere support for Peter and Guillermo del Toro's upcoming film project. "It's Guillermo's movie and I'm a huge fan of that man. He's obviously going to take his own idea of it, but I'm excited for that movie. I think it's going to be great," he gushed.

So far, three stars have been confirmed to play in "The Hobbit". Ian McKellen, Hugo Weaving and Cate Blanchett will all reprise their "Lord of the Rings" roles of Gandalf, Elrond and Galadriel respectively in the upcoming movie. However, the depicter of major character Bilbo Baggins has not been known yet.

"The Hobbit" will re-create the scenes of the novel, with additional events that make an impact to "The Lords of the Rings", such as the expulsion of Sauron from Mirkwood by The White Council. It will be made into two movies with "The Hobbit 2" being planned to be released a year after the first one. Meanwhile, recent report suggested that the first film is likely to be pushed back from its original 2011 release schedule to late 2012.

Orlando Bloom Heads to Park City

Making his way out of Los Angeles in route to the Sundance Film Festival, Orlando Bloom was spotted at LAX Airport on Saturday (January 23).

The hunky actor was sporting a hat and scarf in preparation for the wintry Utah conditions, hopping outof his chauffeured ride and heading into the terminal.

As for the reason behind the trip, Bloom’s film “Sympathy for Delicious” is debuting tonight at the annual festival.

Per IMDB’s Web site, the film involves a newly paralyzed DJ gets more than he bargained for when he seeks out the world of faith healing.
