In July, the cast of Fox’s hit drama ditched Princeton-Plainsboro for a camping trip gone wrong—a PR shot conceived in part by Hugh Laurie.
“The idea from Fox was to place the cast around a broken-down RV. It symbolized the patient, and they were supposed to heal it,” says photographer Florian Schneider, who’s shot campaigns for Desperate Housewives and Lost. “Hugh thought we should do something more humorous: Imagine they’re on their way to Vegas and the RV breaks down—this is how their characters react.”
