MINNESOTAN Tyler Bowling is suing CBS and a whole bunch of other folks, claiming that producers of "The Doctors" tricked him into discussing his "pearly penile papules" on national TV.
Now he's got a hard-on to get even.
According to Bowling's claims, as reported by courthousenews.com, William Groff offered Bowling a free $4,500 laser treatment to remove pimples from his penis (shaft zits or ball sacne?) if Bowling would talk about his pimply pecker on "The Doctors."
Bowling says that he thought the show was for physicians and med students and that when he showed up for the taping was surprised to see a studio audience - thank goodness it wasn't Jerry Springer's studio audience.
Bowling was then told that the show would air over CBS and was persuaded to keep his commitment, he claims, because he would be anonymous and "no one would see the episode."
As if a logline of "Man discusses pimply penis" wouldn't draw curious viewers.
Bowling's suit claims the appearance resulted in "relentless embarrassment and harassment" and he seeks punitive damages for privacy invasion, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress, and misappropriation of his likeness.
We're assuming that's his facial likeness.
