"Modern Family" continues its streak at the top winning a writing award at this years Writers Guild Awards.
The show about a family and their trials and tribulations told in mockumentary style won two awards, including Best New Series and for Best Comedy Episode for the "Modern Family Pilot."
"30 Rock" airs Thursdays on NBC. "Modern Family' airs Wednesdays on ABC.
