Ke$ha has both the #1 album and single this week, as "Tik Tok" remains #1 for the fourth week in a row (she also has a Top 10 debut at #7 with "Blah Blah Blah," a collaboration with 3OH!3, and another debut at #27, "Your Love is My Drug"). Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" holds on to the runner-up position for another week, while Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind" and Iyaz's "Replay" switch spots from last week at #3 and #4. Aside from Ke$ha's #7 debut, the Top 10 sees two other new entries: Young Money's "Bedrock" (which moves from 12-8) and Rihanna's "Hard" (15-9).
