January 31 - Television viewers will get a sneak peak at Disney's upcoming film, Alice in Wonderland, tonight during the broadcast of Desperate Housewives on ABC (9 pm/ 8 pm central). This is the first of several 'first looks' of the film airing this week on ABC, ESPN and ABC FAMILY.
Tim Burton directs this adaptation of the novel by Lewis Carroll starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen, Mia Wasikowska as Alice Kingsley, Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, Michael Sheen as The White Rabbit, Crispin Glover as The Knave of Hearts and Stephen Fry as The Cheshire Cat.

Alice in Wonderland is just one of many fantasy epics that Tim Burton has directed with Johnny Depp starring in the lead role. Past collaborations include Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), Charlie and The Chocolate Factory (2005), Sleepy Hollow (1999) and Edward Scissorhands (1990). Alice in Wonderland opens in theaters March 5.
